Lease Return Program for Lessors and End-users

SSI’s lease return program is unmatched in the industry. Key aspects of the program include the following steps:

• Verify & record serial number, maker and model of each asset against original asset list
• Verify & record each asset against the original specifications per contract
• Inspect and record each asset’s physical condition
• Perform testing and functionality checking to ensure the working condition of each asset
• Perform 3-wipe data sanitization to ensure data is completely erased
• Detailed report on each asset including: receipt date, shipper location, B/L no., maker, model, serial number (asset & hard drive), condition, received spec. vs original spec comparison
• Inventory, staging, pick/pack and ship to locations where either lessor or end-user designates
